Illuminate

Bloomington, MN US
September 19, 2025

Illuminate is a next-level workshop building on the groundwork laid by Elevate. Together, we will revisit the personal values, beliefs, “rules” and rituals that shape our daily lives, expanding our self-awareness and sense of responsibility. We’ll delve deeper into the Karpman Drama Triangle for practical boundary-setting tools and explore fresh insights from Mel Robbins’ “Let Them Theory” and David Brooks’ “How to Know a Person” to enhance empathy and strengthen relationships. Finally, we’ll refine coaching skills designed to empower both patients and team members, fostering a more supportive and autonomous environment for growth.

This program is intended for our internal audience, specifically those that have previously participated in an Elevate workshop.

Target Audience

These returning Elevate participants are primarily clinicians — healthcare professionals who have already explored foundational concepts in self-awareness, boundary setting and patient engagement. Having experienced the initial insights and strategies of Elevate, they are now eager to translate those ideas into tangible, real-world practices. Motivated by a desire to improve both patient outcomes and team dynamics, these clinicians are ready for a deeper dive into practical applications, innovative perspectives and advanced coaching techniques that will help them facilitate meaningful growth and communication in their professional environments.

Learning Objectives

Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
