Cancellations and Refunds

In the event you need to cancel your registration, the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded to the same form of payment the registration was received.
Cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m. Central Time at least 5 full business days before the start of the conference. No refunds will be issued after this time.

Right to Cancel or Postpone

HealthPartners Office of Continuing Medical Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that an event must be canceled or postponed, the registration fee will be fully refunded. HealthPartners Office of CME is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies.
