Elevate: Understand yourself to improve outcomes for others

Bloomington, MN US
March 1, 2024

There is chaos all around us. And our sense of control is flailing. This way of being isn't healthy or sustainable.

Technology, processes, teams, patient expectations - these are real things that are shifting around us. How can we remain healthy and empowered when our environment feels out of control?

The key to finding a better way starts with becoming grounded and understanding yourself. By diving into your personal values and beliefs, you'll create a pathway to more intentionality, energy and personal agency in all parts of your life.

This half-day workshop combines a combination of learning and skills practice. You will acquire new ideas and learn best practices to help you get grounded in your personal values, acknowledge the chaos around you and deliver the highest level of care to those you serve. These tools will empower you to show up as your most authentic self and to set and enforce boundaries to help you live a more balanced, healthier life - at work and at home.

Learning Objectives

Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Apply strategies to become grounded and self-aware in who you are in the changing environment of healthcare
  • Apply strategies to create more energy in your life with a goal toward balance and fulfillment at work and at home
  • Recognize how you respond to current challenges and what stories we tell ourselves about where we are today
  • Set intentions about what you want to work on and how you want to show up for yourself and others
