Jennifer Demma (she/her) has been a Certified Nurse-Midwife since 2000 and started her career at Park Nicollet with the midwifery service.  She currently works as part of the provider team at the Park Nicollet Gender Services clinic in Minneapolis and as part of the APRN/physician team in the OB/GYN department in St Louis Park.  Prior to coming back to Park Nicollet Jennifer was the Medical Director at Family Tree Clinic and led the implementation and growth of their gender affirming hormone care program.  Jennifer also was a faculty member in graduate and undergraduate education in midwifery and nursing programs at Georgetown University, MN State University Mankato, and Metro State University.
