This conference is designed for clinicians who are the patient’s first point of contact in the health care system. It is tailored for primary care, internal medicine and pediatric physicians; advanced practice providers; and rehab specialists. Join us to learn practical approaches to orthopedic problems and discover the newest diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, all aimed at providing the best value care by understanding when to treat and when to refer. Biennially, this conference is accredited for CME.

- Identify evaluation and management strategies for common musculoskeletal conditions
- Explain the diagnostic steps, management options and appropriate timing for conservative management versus referral to orthopedics
- Apply strategies to competently review imaging, complete a physical exam including identification of anatomical landmarks
- Apply value-based care strategies by delivering proactive, coordinated, and patient-centered primary care that improves outcomes and reduces unnecessary costs
