TRIA Female Athlete Summit - 2026

Minneapolis, MN US
March 6, 2026

This year’s program spans topics from youth sport specialization and social media’s impact on body image to eating disorders, menstrual health, and the evolving role of NIL and Title IX in collegiate athletics. Sessions also address the unique needs of adult and peri/post-menopausal athletes, including postpartum return to sport, pelvic floor health, osteoporosis prevention and musculoskeletal aging. A strong emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary care, with case-based panels highlighting collaborative approaches to injury prevention and treatment. The agenda celebrates the growth of emerging women’s sports and the importance of inclusive coaching and policy design. With contributions from leading experts in medicine, psychology, nutrition and sport science, the summit fosters dialogue and action to support female athletes at every stage. Held at Huntington Bank Stadium, the summit brings together a diverse audience of healthcare professionals including surgeons, primary care physicians, physical therapists and athletic trainers, along with coaches, researchers, athletes and advocates.
