  • Determine patients’ eligibility for medical cannabis certification visits
  • Define gender incongruence, gender dysphoria and gender euphoria
  • Identify how barriers and health inequities impact gender diverse individuals
  • Identify resources that can help affirm and support gender diverse individuals
  • Apply strategies to improve the management of care and follow up process for patients with a cognitive impairment
  • Describe how to utilize the PEG Scale and identify when to assess patients
