The Stroke INSPIRE Conference is a dynamic and interdisciplinary conference focused on advancing stroke recovery through collaborative, community-centered care. This event brings together stroke survivors, caregivers and healthcare professionals to explore innovative approaches for stroke recovery and long-term support for stroke survivors.

Target Audience

Target audience includes stroke survivors, caregivers, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, nurses and community resource members.

Learning Objectives

Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Collaborate to support stroke survivors across the continuum of care
  • Apply strategies to support integrated approaches for patient care to promote understanding of stroke recovery
  • Identify emerging trends, guidelines and best practices for stroke-care
  • Discuss ways to improve access and knowledge of community resources for stroke survivors and caregivers
