  • Complete all steps of standard rooming for every patient at each visit
  • Follow the yearly ordering process for FIT kits
  • Identify value-based care initiatives across the system
  • Resume nebulizer treatment and spirometry in clinic with updated supplies and PPE requirements
  • Acquire all of the necessary information from patients prior to routing to the correct care team utilizing the .PTCOMM/.CAPA dotphrases
