Learning Objectives
Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Complete all steps of standard rooming for every patient at each visit
- Follow the yearly ordering process for FIT kits
- Identify value-based care initiatives across the system
- Resume nebulizer treatment and spirometry in clinic with updated supplies and PPE requirements
- Acquire all of the necessary information from patients prior to routing to the correct care team utilizing the .PTCOMM/.CAPA dotphrases
