The Obesity Management Expert panel has created an educational series for clinicians and care teams focused on different topics. There are 8 different educational opportunities that can be viewed individually. In total, the recordings add up to approximately 90 minutes. The components and times are listed below:

  • Reduce weight bias and stigma by identifying the physiology of weight regulation, factors influencing weight regulation/obesity and expectations for treatment outcomes
  • Describe what a patient can gain by working with Nutrition Services
  • Summarize the types of Bariatric Surgery commonly performed today
  • Identify various factors influencing GLP-1 coverage for weight loss in 2025-2026 and increase understanding of GLP-1/GIP agents
  • Apply strategies to navigate the Prior Authorization process for GLP-1s
