- Define the benefits of screening and treatment for osteoporosis
- Analyze osteoporosis screening and treatment data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Adopt strategies, tools, and resources to support improved care and outcomes
- Assess for improvement in screening, diagnosis, and treatment measures during the intervention period
