In today’s rapidly changing, dynamic health care environment, the practice of family medicine has become more complex than ever. Not only are clinicians addressing the typical myriad of daily demands associated with the never-ending pursuit to keep current on clinical best practices and emerging treatments, they also increasingly face issues such as unprecedented levels of burnout, resource and staffing constraints, changing and evolving models of care and reimbursement, and structural and system limitations and policies that directly impact the care they provide.
