  • Describe innovative virtual care, triage and emergency department diversion models that improve patient access while reducing physician workload and unnecessary utilization
  • Explore practical population health and value-based care strategies that leverage clinically enriched data to improve outcomes, manage risk and support payer and ACO performance
  • Discuss compensation and workforce models that align physician, APP, access, continuity and organizational goals
  • Apply strategies to develop approaches for implementing artificial intelligence responsibly through effective governance, leadership engagement, workforce planning and organizational change management
  • Identify patient-centered methods for measuring access, improving operational performance and implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage in peer-to-peer discussions, benchmarking, site visits and collaborative problem-solving to identify practical solutions that can be implemented within their own medical groups and health systems
