Learning Objectives
Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Use improvisational technique to simulate challenging scenarios in which you give feedback to learners, identify specific barriers to high-quality feedback in those scenarios and identify a barrier you will try to address in your daily feedback with ED trainees
- Discuss indications and use tissue and simulated models to identify landmarks and preform ultrasound-guided fascia iliaca compartment block
- Describe best practices and manage simulated precipitous and difficult delivery scenarios
- Identify best practices for airway management and aerosol-generating procedures during COVID-19 pandemic, indications for ED extubation, and preform procedural steps and strategies for reducing airborne transmission of COVID during intubation and extubation
