Learning Objectives

Following this improvement project, participants will: 

  • Define personal patient population due for HPV vaccination
  • Analyze personal patient population data to identify HPV vaccination improvement opportunities
  • Adopt best practices, tools and strategies into clinical practice
  • Report improvement in HPV vaccination rates amongst personal 9- and 10-year-old patient population
  • Report increased confidence in ability to hold conversations with patients/families about HPV vaccination

Steps to Earn and Claim CME Credit:

  1. Assess your current confidence level for holding HPV conversations with patients/families. 
  2. Reflect on your current practice and practice data identifying barriers to improvement.
  3. View Project Overview: Adolescent HPV and any supplemental educational materials and resources.
  4. Throughout the project, review patient data and identify and apply strategies to reduce barriers.
  5. Reflect on your project results.
  6. Complete MOC Attestation/PI CME Evaluation in CMEcentral by November 27, 2026.
