2025 Care Group All-Leader Forum
Our Care Group All-Leader Forum will be held once this year in person and will focus largely on our Care Group strategy. This forum will include all care group senior leaders (clinical and administrative) who attend the Care Group Senior Leader Forum, all supervisors (.5 FTE admin or more), managers, clinic medical directors and program medical directors as determined by each dyad partner or President/VPMA. The purpose of the meeting is to share results, communicate plans, build culture and hear feedback.
Target Audience
Care Group administrative leaders (director & above); Care Group Council physician leaders, divisional and regional medical directors, chairs and vice chairs and clinical quality council members, all supervisors (.5 FTE admin or more), managers, clinic medical directors and program medical directors as determined by each dyad partner or President/VPMA.)
Learning Objectives
Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Discuss how to be a conduit for communication so that all leaders are equipped with relevant information to share with clinicians and staff
- Apply strategies to create a group practice culture within the context of Head + Heart, Together
- Apply strategies to coordinate work across our whole group to ensure we are meeting triple aim goals, and focusing on creating more satisfying and sustainable practices
- Identify how to connect to the broader strategies of our integrated organization to truly leverage the capabilities as a care and financing organization
