I assumed the role of Medical Director in 2014. As a Medical Director, I have played been involved in shaping and enhancing healthcare delivery within the Park Nicollet and Health Partners care group. I have implemented innovative strategies to improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. My leadership has been marked by a commitment to evidence-based practice, staff development, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare management.
