About me

I enjoy seeing patients of all ages, races, ethnicities and skin conditions. With training in both internal medicine and dermatology, I have a special interest in complicated medical conditions, which may have involvement in the skin such as autoimmune disease, acne and skin cancers. My training in internal medicine has made me well equipped to view the whole patient, focusing on their health and wellbeing beyond the skin.

Being born and raised in Minnesota, I really enjoy having long-lasting relationships with my patients and families. I believe continuity of care over time improves the patient-doctor relationship and improves overall patient care.

I am married and have two children. As a family, we enjoy the outdoors, in particular, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, skiing and snowboarding. We enjoy cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
