  • Discuss what information should be expected when an InBasket message is received, and what the Clinical Support Staff role is in InBasket management
  • Describe the myStrength online digital program tools and activities and how it can support patients
  • Identify what the Crisis Immediate Access (CIA) program is and how it can support patients
  • Identify the ABN process and the importance of the hard copy document, including how to pick a covered diagnosis (when medically appropriate) in Epic
