Learning Objectives
Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Examine system‑level strategies to improve medication affordability and patient access
- Discuss the impact of federal health policy, workforce dynamics, digital health and regulatory change on clinical practice and organizational decision‑making
- Recognize how organizational culture, community context and human connection influence clinician engagement, resilience and patient trust
- Identify lessons from in‑flight implementation efforts to improve access, care delivery and operational performance
- Apply strategies to evaluate real‑time approaches to improving quality, safety and compliance
- Identify practical strategies to support workforce sustainability, leadership development and team engagement
- Discuss innovative models addressing patient experience, access and financial stewardship
- Apply strategies to engage in peer‑to‑peer dialogue to exchange candid insights, challenges and lessons learned from work currently underway
