ENT Conference: ENT, post op bleeding and TXA - Spring 2026

We plan to review post operative bleeding care in ear, nose and throat procedures. We will review recent articles related to post operative bleeding after tonsillectomy, nasal surgery and other ENT surgeries if applicable as well as epistaxis. We will discuss management of bleeding in the ears, nose and throat regions including use of tranexamic acid.

  • Discuss mechanism of action of tranexamic acid and its use in ENT
  • Apply strategies to manage acute epistaxis
