A Path to Clinical Ethics Consultation - March 2026
This activity will include three virtual sessions to define ethics consultation in a healthcare setting. It will strive to teach learners to identify issues that are value laden, address consult requests in an effective manner and make recommendations to help resolve uncertainties and conflict that emerge.

Learning Objectives
Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Define clinical ethics, identify ethical concepts and name the steps in the consultation process
- Identify hospital policies involving clinical ethicists and ethics consultation
- Apply strategies to build strong moral arguments and write effective ethics consultation recommendations
