Clinician Epic Efficiency Training (1/22)

This will be a one-hour efficiency training for clinicians of our Electronic Health Record (EHR), Epic. During this session, we will cover e-visits, including opportunities for appropriate billing. Additionally, we will train efficiency tools in the EHR to be used with e-visits.

Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Efficiently document an e-visit using myChart messaging section
  • Apply strategies to use QuickSchedule to schedule follow-up appointment with patient
  • Send clinician-initiated e-visit and add to preference list
  • Send message to patient to convert PMAR to e-visit
