Clinician Epic Efficiency Training (10/23)
This will be a one-hour efficiency training for clinicians of our Electronic Health Record (EHR), Epic. During this session, we will cover problem list maintenance, including adding, changing and resolving diagnoses. Additionally, we will train the concept of problem-oriented charting and introduce diagnosis-aware notes.

Learning Objectives
Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify how to add appropriate diagnoses to the problem list
- Apply strategies to update problems to the most specific and relevant diagnosis
- Discuss how to document patient care notes in the Assessment & Plan section of the problem list
- Describe how to use diagnosis-aware notes to efficiently populate previous A&P notes into current documentation
