Andrew Smith, MD
About me
My practice extends through a full range of cardiology services. I am especially interested in issues like syncope and coronary artery disease that can act as barriers to quality of life.
It is a great privilege to practice as a cardiologist. Every day is a new chance to help people navigate the complex world that is their body. I hope that by communicating well, I can help simplify cardiac issues and help patients achieve the best outcomes possible. I understand when we perform tests and exams, they often seem very complex and even intimidating, and the language physicians use to discuss the results of these procedures can seem even more perplexing. I firmly believe it is my responsibility to help people understand the reason for these procedures and what the results mean. When we establish this understanding, we can best work together to establish a plan for moving forward.
