Balaji Krishnan, MD, MS
About me
As a cardiac electrophysiologist, I care for people with a variety of heart rhythm disorders like palpitations and atrial fibrillation. I believe atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia ablation has changed the field of electrophysiology. One of the primary goals of my clinical work and research is improving quality of life and patient care for those with heart rhythm issues, particularly atrial fibrillation.
I have expertise in complex procedures, including treating complex atrial and ventricular arrhythmias. I have received additional training in implanting and removing cardiac devices such as pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. I have a special interest in treating patients with fainting disorders related to heart rhythms.
My wife is an economist and we have one daughter. We cherish our family life, particularly visiting our families.
