Forward2025 Care Group Senior Leader Forum - Spring
Our Care Group Senior Leader Forum will be held twice-a-year in person and will focus largely on our Care Group strategy. This forum will include our Care Group senior medical directors, department chairs and vice chairs, vice presidents and administrative directors. The purpose is to discuss Care Group strategy, external market dynamics, annual and strategic play progress; provide opportunity for two-way dialogue about culture, change management; potential for leader development dialogue.
Target Audience
Care Group administrative leaders (director & above); Care Group Council physician leaders, divisional and regional medical directors, chairs and vice chairs and clinical quality council members, shared services leaders, Senior Executive Leader Team (Andrea Walsh direct reports)
Learning Objectives
Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Discuss how to be a conduit for communication so that all leaders are equipped with relevant information to share with clinicians and staff
- Apply strategies to create a group practice culture within the context of Head + Heart, Together
- Apply strategies to coordinate work across our whole group to ensure we are meeting triple aim goals, and focusing on creating more satisfying and sustainable practices
- Identify how to connect to the broader strategies of our integrated organization to truly leverage the capabilities as a care and financing organization
