Target Audience
All Primary Care Clinicians, Clinical Support Staff and RNs
Learning Objectives
Following this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify available tools to assist in prescribing Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) to eligible patients
- Demonstrate the workflow for completing cervical cancer screening via HPV primary
- Apply strategies to manage hospital discharge visits and provide the best resources available to patients based on their risk level
- Identify asymptomatic adults at increased risk of Latent Tuberculosis and apply tools to assist with treating positive patients
- Discuss how to complete an accurate medication reconciliation and set up refills at the time of the visit
- Identify how to set up quick actions to easily and efficiently respond to refill requests in the in Basket
- Describe the Quick Schedule process including the follow up section and Additional Info section that will display on the AVS for the patient and frontline for scheduling
