Exhibitor AgreementGuidelines for Exhibitors at International Diabetes CenterAs a conference exhibitor, please observe the following guidelines:Check in at the registration table when you arrive. Extra copies of the agenda will be available. Wear your company name badge at all times.Discuss products with conference participants and staff inside the exhibit room only. Branded product discussions outside the exhibit area are prohibited.Only two representatives from your company are permitted to display at any given time.We invite you to enjoy the breakfast, lunch and snacks. You may eat before attendees, however we request on your first time through, limit yourself to one portion. After everyone has eaten, you may help yourself to more.Respect the privacy of patients and staff by refraining from entering patient care areas. Keep in mind that 6th and 7th floor South are patient care waiting areas.
