Clinical Diabetes Management for Primary Care Clinicians - October 2024
Clinical Diabetes Management (CDM) is a foundational diabetes course that has been offered yearly since 2005 but was stopped when Covid started. It was brought back in 2023 after much demand and will be offered two times in 2024 (June 13-14 and October 3-4). This comprehensive program uses a combination of lectures and interactive learning to highlight evidence-based approach for the management of diabetes. This program is essential for primary care providers to manage a common, chronic and complex disease that involves lifestyle interventions, numerous medication options as well as advances in diabetes technology that are essential in the management of this disease.
